Metodo FESPA is a registered trademark in Italy. All content on the Site (text, marks, logos, images, video, graphics and layout) is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to the operators or to their respective owners. 4. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully, not to interfere with its operation or security, not to attempt unauthorized access, and not to use its content for unlawful purposes.
5. Health disclaimer
The FESPA Method is an educational wellness and coaching program. The content of this Site is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. It does not replace the advice of your physician or of another licensed healthcare professional.

The testimonials, reviews, photographs and case studies shown on this Site describe individual experiences of real people who agreed to share their story, and most of them were collected in Italy and translated into English. They are not typical results and they are not a guarantee that you will obtain the same outcome. Results depend on many personal factors, including starting point, consistency, health status and lifestyle. Individual results will vary.
We make no representation that any particular weight, measurement or outcome can be achieved, and nothing on this Site should be read as a promise of a specific result.
